For new and returning rowers, please see the registration details below. New rowers can participate in a four-day Novice Technical Camp (for rising 7^th/8^th/9^th graders and above) and/or the Fall Season (rising 9^th graders and above). Returning rowers have two weeks of Pre-Season Training prior to the Fall season.

Important Dates

• August 21: Registration deadline for returning rowers participating in the Fall season
• August 24-27 and August 31-September 3: Pre-Season Training for returning rowers (3:30-6:00 PM) at Hines Rowing Center
• August 28: Registration deadline for new rowers attending the Novice Technical Camp (rising 7^th, 8^th and 9^th graders and above).
• August 31-September 3: Novice Technical Camp for new rowers that are rising 7^th, 8^th and 9^th graders and above (3:30-6:00 PM) at Hines Rowing Center
• September 3: Registration deadline for new rowers participating in the Fall Season but not the Novice Technical Camp (rising 9^th graders and above)
• September 8: First day of Fall Season for New and Returning Rowers (9^th-12^th grade) at Radnor High School

New Rowers

Interested in giving crew a try? Rising 7^th, 8^th, 9^th graders and above can register for 4 days of Novice Technical Camp.  Rising 9^th graders and above can register for Novice Technical Camp and/or the Fall season.  The Novice Technical Camp is not required prior to the Fall season.

• Novice Technical Camp for Rising 7^th/8^th/9^th graders and above: August 31-September 3 (3:30–6:00 PM) at Hines Rowing Center – register by August 28
• Novice Fall Season for Rising 9^th graders and above: begins September 8 – register by September 3

Returning Rowers

Pre-season training begins August 24. Pre-season is a mandatory part of the fall season.

**A one-time $75 Annual Hines Rowing Center fee is required for all rowers. If a new rower registers for both the Novice Training Camp and the Fall Season, the $75 fee is only paid once.

Registration Process: All Fall Season Participants (New & Returning Rowers) 

Register in TeamSnap, submit payment (via TeamSnap, Venmo or check) and submit five required forms:

• For participants in the Fall Season Only (including all returning rowers and new rowers that will not participate in the Novice Technical Camp), see below for "Fall Season Link"

Payment may be made by credit card during TeamSnap checkout or offline by Venmo @RadnorGirls-CrewClub.  If you prefer to pay by check, make the check payable to Radnor Girls Crew Club, mail to Radnor Girls Crew Club, PO Box 242, Wayne, PA 19087; and notify registration@radnorgirlscrewclub.org of the payment.

As noted in TeamSnap, all rowers participating in the Fall season must have an active USRowing Basic Membership. The registration process is simple and instructions are provided in TeamSnap (Team: Radnor Girls Crew Club. Club Code: UTGP2).

2. Two Medical Forms (Required for all RHS athletes) – Submit via Arbiter

Complete the (1) PIAA packet (doctor’s signature required!) and (2) Permission to Treat form, and submit via the Radnor High School Arbiter system.  All forms and instructions are provided at the RHS website: https://rhs.rtsd.org/student-life/athletics

3. Three RGCC Forms (Required for all RGCC participants) – Submit via Email

Complete the following 3 forms: 1) RGCC Athlete Expectation Contract, 2) Hines Rowing Center Code of Conduct and 3) Swim Certification. Scan and email the forms to registration@radnorgirlscrewclub.org. See Below for "Required RGCC Forms"

If you prefer to submit any forms as hardcopies, please reach out to registration@radnorgirlscrewclub.org.

Registration Process: Novice Technical Camp Only (not Fall Season)
