RGCC makes every effort to keep parents and athletes informed. Parent meetings are mandatory; at least one parent in every family should attend.

Parent meetings are held in the RHS Black Box on the second Tuesday of each month at 7pm.

There is a parent/guardian-only Facebook page and an athlete-only Facebook page. We also operate an Instagram page and a public Facebook page. Every parent and athlete will be subscribed to the RGCC email distribution list and receive a regular newsletter. Subscribers receive important information regarding club activities, upcoming events and race results.
