Fall 2025 Registration
For returning and new rowers, please see the details below! Rowers can participate in the pre-season/novice camp and the fall season.
Important Dates:
- August 18th - August 28th: Novice Technical Camp and Pre-season
- September 2nd: First day of the Fall Season for Returning Rowers
- September 3rd: Registration deadline for the Fall Season for novices only
- September 6th: First day of the Fall Season for Novices and Novice Parent Meeting at the Boathouse
Details:
- New Rowers: Interested in giving crew a try? Register for one or both weeks of novice technical training camp!
- Week 1: 8/18 - 8/21 (3-6pm)
- Week 2: 8/25 - 8/28 (3-6pm)
- Returning Rowers: Preseason training begins 8/18! Preseason is a mandatory part of the fall season.

Cost:
- New Rowers:
- One week novice training camp fee: $350
- Two weeks novice training camp fee: $600 (discounted to $550 if also registering for Fall season)
- Fall season registration fee: $900
- Hines Rowing Center fee: $70
- Returning Rowers:
- Fall registration (including preseason): $900
- Hines Rowing Center fee: $70
Please note: a one-time yearly fee to cover the annual Hines Rowing Center fee is required for all rowers at the start of each school year.

- Payment: you can pay with a credit card during the check-out process or pay offline via check or Venmo
- If you select the “pay offline” option, please submit a check payable to Radnor Girls Crew Club (see below) or Venmo @RadnorGirls-CrewClub

The entire PIAA packet must be completed and a health physical must be done before your rower can participate - RGCC Additional Registration Forms
The RGCC additional registration forms must be completed before your rower can participate - USRowing Membership
US Rowing is a nonprofit membership organization by the United States Olympic Committee, the national governing body for the sport of rowing in the United States. To participate in RGCC all athletes must also be active members of US Rowing. If you are already a member, and your membership will expire before August 15, 2025, please renew before the beginning of the fall season. Go to the USRowing Membership Portal to either join or renew. If renewing, you will need your US Rowing member number. If this is your first time, you'll need to create an account. The team name is "Radnor Girls Crew Club" and the club code is UTGP2. Choose basic membership. - Submit Forms and Payment
TeamSnap registration, PIAA forms, RGCC additional registration forms, and payment must be completed and delivered to RGCC no later than August 15th (Novice Technical Camp - week 1 and Returning Rower Fall Season), August 22nd (Novice Technical Camp - week 2), or September 3rd (Fall Season for novices only)- Deliver electronically: complete, sign, scan, and email to registration@radnorgirlscrewclub.org
- Deliver printed versions: paper submissions, including checks, should be mailed or dropped off to the address in TeamSnap
All paperwork and payment, including physician-signed PIAA forms, must be submitted to RGCC by the dates detailed above regardless of whether they are in electronic or paper format. Rowers will not be allowed on the water without completing all documents.
