The goal of RGCC's winter training is to develop peak rowing power, aerobic capacity, and mental resilience, optimizing both strength and race-readiness. Sessions will include time spent on the rowing machines as well as strength training. Additionally, the participants may elect to enter two 2K erg competitions, The Mainline Slide at LM and US Rowing Erg Champs in Atlantic City. Information on both competitions will be provided at a later date.

Start Date: Monday 11/17/25

End Date: Saturday 2/14/25

Timing: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (3:30-5:15 PM) at RHS plus a Saturday "on your own" workout

(NOTE: Off from December 24th, 2025, through January 4th, 2026)

All practices will be added to TeamSnap, where the participants are expected to track their availability.

Registration Process:

1. TeamSnap Registration
   Register online for the program via TeamSnap using the link above.
   Payment: you can pay with a credit card during the check-out process (there is an additional TeamSnap fee) or "pay offline" via Venmo (preferred) or check. If you select the “pay offline” option, please send Venmo to @RadnorGirls-CrewClub or submit a check payable to Radnor Girls Crew Club. Checks should be submitted as outlined below.
2. PIAA Section 7 and the RHS Permission to Treat Form
   If your participant did not take part in a fall sport at RHS:
   the entire PIAA packet needs to be completed.
3. RGCC Code of Conduct Form (required only if participant didn't row with RGCC in fall 2025)

These forms must be completed and delivered to RGCC

• Deliver electronically: complete, sign, scan, and email to registration@radnorgirlscrewclub.org
• Deliver printed versions: paper submissions, including checks, should be mailed or dropped off to the address in TeamSnap

All paperwork and payment, including physician-signed PIAA forms (if no RHS fall sport), must be submitted by 11/15, regardless of whether they are in electronic or paper format.  Rowers will not be allowed to participate before all completed documents and payment are received.
